Parmesan Meatballs

Ingredients:

400 g ground beef
150 g parmesan
80 g breadcrumbs
3 eggs
1 small can tomato paste
1 big box of peeled tomatoes
4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 cloves of garlic chopped
Salt and pepper
Olive oil

Preparation:

Mix the meat, the eggs, the Parmesan cheese,  2  garlic, the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in order to make medium balls.
Fry in a pan with a little olive oil. (the olive oil should be quite hot)
Meanwhile, fry the chopped garlic in a little olive oil, add the tomatoes and tomato paste.
Simmer 10 minutes, then add the meatballs and cook gently for 1 hour.

Serve with spaghetti
